Date of Birth: July 13, 2002
Procedure: Cleft Lip

He is from the Chuzhou Welfare House and currently resides there. The operation took place at the Nanjing Stormatology Hospital on March 17, 2003 and was a success. He also had surgery for a cleft palate in September 2004.
